The Central Diagnostics Laboratory (CDL / J-NADEC)
The Central Diagnostics Laboratory (CDL / J-NADEC) was established by MAAIF with support from JICA in 2011 with the core function of carrying out animal disease diagnosis in order to build Uganda’s national animal disease control capacity.
